Are you looking for Driving Lessons in Pontefract, Castleford and surrounding area’s? Then check out the PDIA Website. The Pontefract Driving Instructors Association is a local association, of Local Driving Instructors, who show an interest in keeping up with the latest information in the driver training profession by being members. The PDIA was established in 2004 for a number of good reasons; one reason was a way to put local people in touch with local Driving Instructors. There is a large choice of Instructors in our database for you to browse through and choose. If you are not sure the Instructor is right for you, you can easily email them using the contact form that all our Instructors have on their personal web page. You may be able to book a lesson through email with the Instructor or if you wish, their telephone number is supplied. You can ask any of our Instructors advice about learning to drive; they are always willing to help

ADI’s / PDI’s Are you wondering what is happening within your Profession? What is happening with CPD? What you can do to increase you chances of that top grade at the next check test? Well these are all good reasons to join your local association the PDIA…. The association was established to get Driving Instructors together, working and helping each other rather than working against each other, after all, we are all working to the same goal, to teach people to drive to the best of our ability, ensuring our pupils gain as much of our knowledge as possible in the short time they are learning a lifetime skill. Our members meet up every 2 months at The Yorkshire Penny, Cobblers Lane, Pontefract. Guest speakers include Driving Standards Agency Examiners and Supervising Examiners from the local DTC, plus other bodies within the driver training and safety professions. We also have a none contributing Sickness Scheme in case any of our members are unable to work for what ever reason. PLUS - there is also a free web page that you can edit yourself (so free advertising on the web).
